FAA Property is a property business operating in the northwest of England. Our primary focus lies in developing a diverse portfolio of properties, with a specialised emphasis on short-term rentals. Collaborating closely with investors, we diligently secure these properties, aiming to enhance their value while generating a steady income stream. Once our properties are ready to welcome guests, we strategically pursue refinancing options to provide returns to our valued investors.

Our Story
FAA Property is a family-run business, managed day-to-day by Andrew and Frances Dobson. Our property journey began in 2022, initially investing our personal funds into single Buy To Lets. Following a proven process of Buy, Refurbish, Rent, Refinance, we were able to leverage our funds to invest in additional properties. After a successful start with a few BTLs, we made a strategic decision to focus on acquiring properties that can accommodate multiple rentable units. With this strategy in mind, we are steadily expanding our portfolio.
